My name is Maegan Johnson, and I am a software engineer specializing in web development, with a personal passion for solving tough problems and communicating technical concepts.

What am I up to lately?
In May 2026, I joined the team at Curie.Bio to help build software to connect biotech professionals and empower teams of scientists working to develop new drugs and treatments for a variety of diseases and conditions.
Before joining Curie.Bio, I spent a year on sabbatical, during which I pursued independent study in AI, undertook extensive training to become an MSU Extension Master Gardener, and put my own habits and time tracking under meticulous review.
Additionally, I created this website, assembled 5 unique AI-free binders of land and soil science for my family members, began a 200hr yoga teacher training course, built a raised garden bed from scratch, and crossed off many long-neglected to-dos around the house.
